His distinguished career includes the development and implementation of innovative acoustic, mechanical, and vibration optimization solutions that have set new standards for performance and compliance.
Over the past three years, Fadi has led groundbreaking work in the energy storage industry, helping clients across North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia achieve compliance with some of the world’s most stringent Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) noise regulations. He has collaborated with leading hardware vendors to address and optimize mechanical, thermal, high-frequency inverter, and transformer noise, ensuring QuietGrid’s clients benefit from superior system reliability and field performance.
Prior to joining QuietGrid Technologies, Fadi held senior positions in the energy storage and automotive industry at where he specialized in noise source identification, vibration diagnostics, and system-level NVH design. His multidisciplinary expertise now drives QuietGrid’s mission to deliver quieter, cleaner, and more efficient power infrastructure solutions for the global energy transition.
